For the past few years, I've been very behind in the fashions trends. Mostly because I didn't really give a fuck. But now I'm going through one of my "finding myself" stages, and fashion seems to be calling me in again. I'm planning on getting rid of my annoying clothing that just sits there all the time, and actually wearing fashionable things. So. Here is trial one of my new self... New hair, old dress with a new approach, and a fabulous uncle.

I've begun using, what my uncle considers "The Perfect Combination" of hair product. Catwalk by TIGI, the "session series styling cream" after my hair is wet, rub a dub that in a bit. Then blow dry it (I've pretty much never really used a blow-dryer, so this has been an interesting experience thus far) and Texture Style Sign Unlimitor 4 by Goldwell as a "dry shampoo". It's a wax spray, which kind of scares me, okay really scares me, but I'm changing myself. So it's relevant. It's really weird to have stuff in my hair, especially when just two days ago I was hesitant with most shampoos (I am still of course using my wonderful shampoo bar from Lush).

My romper actually came from a church rummage sale in Idaho. It's really big and hideous without the belt, trust me. I got it about three years ago, and this is, oh, the third time I've worn it. I'm that kind of person who buys things on impulse, forgets about them, and then rediscovers them in her closet, and they become a new favorite outfit.

This is my Mexican Mother... we're not sure how I came out looking so Irish. Or how my legs look so boneless.
This will kind of be an experiment- a blog of my progression toward fashion. We'll see what happens.
